Supervise and develop a team of non-exempt associates in daily operations of an assigned area of responsibility. Responsible for ensuring associates' safety, productivity, and engagement supporting all efforts to drive operating efficiency, processes, systems, and customer satisfaction. - High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in distribution or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of industry/technical terms and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond to changing business priorities
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Ability to identify business problems and develop efficient and effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience leading a team or project- Supervise non-exempt teams in moderately complex assigned areas of operation to meet business objectives
- Maintain a Full, Fresh and Friendly mindset that focuses on quality performance across all facets of receiving, storage, and distribution of product
- Follow established programs, policies and practices and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Adhere to sanitary and proper safe work methods while following operation standards to maximize productivity and performance
- Support other department supervisors and managers in problem solving through collaborative efforts
- Understand operating costs and facility budgets and generate reports that account for labor hours in adherence with labor standards
- Communicate with fellow supervisors and management on all activities related to daily operations and aligning the business, people and safety practices to achieve key metrics
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and a positive work environment
- Create a responsive and informed workforce through communication methods that include, but not limited to, regular meetings and huddles
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
