In this highly visible role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring leaders to recruit the very best talent for Medtronic's new manufacturing site in Billerica, MA! The selected candidate will have a strong business acumen, and proven ability to act has a talent advisor to our site's leadership. This role will be an integral team member to bring life-saving cardiac technology to the US market!

This position will work on-site at our Billerica, MA manufacturing plant.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Be part of the recruitment journey: From meeting with hiring managers and writing captivating job postings, to assessing candidates and sharing Medtronic's vision, to making and delivering offers, you will play a key role in finding and attracting the best talent for our company.

  • Leverage cutting-edge technology: You will have access to the most advanced recruitment tools, including AI-based solutions, that will enhance your efficiency and effectiveness as a recruiter.

  • Make an impact: You will contribute your own insights and ideas on how to optimize our recruiting process and stay ahead of the competition in the talent market.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of recruiting (TA) experience; or, an advanced degree with 2+ years of recruiting (TA) experience

Nice to Have


  • 6+ years of professional talent acquisition experience. Local and willing to work onsite at our site in Billerica, MA.
  • Experienced in high volume manufacturing recruitment projects.
  • Technical recruitment experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment related regulations such as EEO, AAP and OFCCP
  • Experience with Taleo, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Eightfold, MS Teams
  • HR/TA Certifications

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
