Warehouse Group Leader - 2nd Shift– based onsite in at our new Bryan Dairy location in Seminole, FL.

2nd Shift is approximately Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm Eastern Time

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Group Leader to join our team. The Warehouse Group Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. This individual will lead a team of warehouse associates, driving productivity, fostering teamwork, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout all processes.

What can you expect to do?

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance targets are met.


• Plan and prioritize daily activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products.


• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.


• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall operational efficiency.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.


• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments.


• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory movements, generate reports, and streamline operations.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.


• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and open communication among team members.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.


• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in effectively managing and motivating teams.


• Solid understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.


• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.


• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
