What to Expect

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30 pm. Laboratories are open 24 hours, rotating weekends and holidays.

• Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and crossmatches.


• Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.


• Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.


• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in approved Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc) and currently possess certification from an accredited agency as MT/MLS


• ASCP certification

• 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience meeting Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist educational requirements
