Job Description:

The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is searching for a Housekeeping Productivity Manager to join the Housekeeping Team.

Located across the street from Plaza de César Chávez Park and within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center, Signia by Hilton San Jose offers a prime location in the capital of Silicon Valley. The hotel has 541 rooms and over 65,000 sq. ft. of meeting and function space, signature culinary experiences, an outdoor rooftop pool, and extensive fitness facilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in Housekeeping and one year supervisory experience, someone who has strong organizational skills with customer service background.

What will I be doing?

• Provides directionand monitors housekeeping team member in their area of performance, including public areas, guest room maintenance and cleanliness to meet Hilton's high standard of quality.
• Oversees staff by conducting daily walk through, inspecting staff work and giving guidance and direction so that deficiencies are corrected and standards are met.
• Visuallyand physically inspects guestroom turn down services daily, VIP rooms, general cleanliness, lobbies andcorridors for cleanliness and appearance.
• Provides the department with office support including telephone answering, paperwork processing, scheduling, inventory, ordering, maintenance of equipment, and general office duties.

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 to $68,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
