ABOUT THE JOB:


As a Digital Media Producer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos and photos for various projects. These projects will include documenting manufacturing processes, product installations at construction sites, creating product promotional videos, recruitment videos, and digital content for web and social media. This role allows for the opportunity to showcase creativity and technical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while increasing brand awareness and driving engagement with the target audience.


This role does require periodic travel via car or airplane with overnight accommodations.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Capture video footage and photos for a variety of projects.

  • Operate and utilize best practices for drones.

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.

  • Utilize feedback from supervisor.

  • Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives and vision.

  • Revise and edit footage based on constructive critique, implementing suggestions and changes to improve the quality of the video.

  • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design into videos.

  • Conduct color correction and audio mixing for optimal video quality.

  • Manage video and photo files and maintain an organized library of footage.

  • Support sales team with conference materials preparation and shipping.

  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the marketing department.

  • Follow all safety rules in the manufacturing plant, yard, and at project installation sites.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Proficient in current videography and photography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and sound recording.

  • Ability to operate a Sony A7 III camera.

  • Strong knowledge of video/photo editing and motion graphics software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and production standards.

  • Drone operation proficiency (Mavic DJI II) and strong understanding of FAA regulations.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of post-production processes including color correction and audio mixing.

  • Ability to learn about our products and technical capabilities.

  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:



  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, video production, photography, digital media, or related field from an accredited college preferred but not required.

  • At least 2 years full time employment in marketing, advertising, video production, or closely related field.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing videography skills and aesthetic.




CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:



  • FAA Remote Pilot certification
