Trim Line/Post Pack Leadperson at Indiana Furniture Industries Inc in Jasper, Indiana

Job Description:

Assist supervisor in overseeing daily activities of the trim, repair, and offline pack department
Help manage 5s in trim, repair, and post pack areas
Maintain proper WIP for each area. Responsible for making sure employees have the tools, parts, and supplies needed to complete their jobs.
Troubleshoot production issues such as inventory errors and engineering errors
Assist management team in chasing/hot parts and communicating with all areas of the company to ensure that we have parts to ship our products on time.
