Job Description:

Responsible for sorting payroll checks, printing mail labels, packaging checks to be mailed, and maintaining record of returned payroll checks in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work within strict time frames/resolute deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral/written communication skills

Desired
- Any payroll systems knowledge and/or experience- Validate payroll check counts requested by payroll department
- Print FedEx mailing labels, sort payroll checks, prepare for shipment and meet daily mailing deadlines
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to the payroll department
- Log all checks returned to Kroger Accounting Services-Hutchinson (KASH) for due diligence compliance
