Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks an Advanced Product Owner in Morrisville, NC.

Job Description: Ensure that the voice of the customer is reflected in the product strategy and execution. Monitor and analyze trends from the industry, competitors, and governing bodies to ensure strategy reflects. Identify opportunities and drive product vision and strategy into execution roadmap delivering on market needs with competitive edge. Work with the Scrum Master to drive timely execution of roadmap. Create and prioritize user stories, manage squad budget, and work with Chapter Leaders to ensure appropriate squad staffing. Monitor and analyze business metrics to direct required change that sustains business health. Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure successful launch and to drive profitable growth of new product. Direct and collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Negotiate conflict and priorities with Chapter Leaders and other Scrum Masters. Update critical business assets, such as digests, catalogs, and the Schneider Electric website. Present to and interact with leaders in Schneider Electric and at a variety of Customers. Responsible for sizing and managing budget, monitoring team's progress, and setting KPIs. Eligible for 2 days remote work per week. 20% domestic travel required to customer sites for customer interviews and product demos.

Requirements: Position requires Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in marketing, business development, product ownership, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Marketing motor management and industrial automation applications in North America; Developing product roadmaps, preparing strategic plans and business cases for new product; Strategizing, deploying, executing, and monitoring global marketing plans into country operations; Market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing of product; Customer facing experience supporting and influencing global marketing and research and development plans; and Agile methodology.
