Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

Analyzes and coordinates all activities related to electronic operations processes and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data using anomaly detection software.  Ensures processing efficiency and user satisfaction is maintained for all electronic products. Documents and maintains procedures for electronic processes. Collects and analyzes data related to all areas of electronic processing. Performs problem resolution for multiple processing applications.  Coordinates the processing of testing procedures for new and modified applications and software systems. Serves as primary problem solver for Consumer and Commercial Online Banking issues. Provides support and serves as back up for Deposit Operations positions within the Department. Undertakes special projects relating to departmental services as assigned. Responsible for related areas of compliance. Requires the ability to multi task and to meet deadlines.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; prefer emphasis in Business, or MIS; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and analysis of variance. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define and solve intellectual and practical problems and deal with variety of variables in situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

No requirements for Licensure, certification or registration are required.  Applicant is required to be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
