Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician


• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in the state of California


• CPR certification


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
