Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Sacramento Post Acute

Responsibilities:


  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor residents' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.

  • Assist with assessments and the development of individualized care plans.

  • Provide compassionate care and support to residents and their families.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and observations.

  • Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.

  • Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:


  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or subacute unit preferred, but not required.
