Union Post Acute offers a truly home like environment for all residents, whether in the 40 bed assisted living or the 88 bed skilled rehab in rural Union, SC. As the only of our kind in the area, we pride ourselves on delivering patient-centered care across the spectrum of care. We're looking to add a few new Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to our dynamic team and are eager to meet you!

Successful LPN candidates will have the following:

• VALID License to practice in the state of South Carolina


• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university


• Current CPR certification


• Experience with PCC is preferred.


• Compassion and desire to provide high-quality care to our residents.


• Be available to work every other weekend.


• Authorized to work in USA

The LPN and RN provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
