What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Current California RN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
