• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' functional abilities.


• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve therapeutic goals.


• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to residents during therapeutic activities and exercises.


• Document resident progress and response to treatment interventions accurately and timely.


• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.


• Participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).


• Current licensure in the state of (State Name).
