The MicroStrategy Developer Supervisor leads the MicroStrategy Developer team and is responsible for generating impactful dashboards that improve the efficacy and efficiency of our organization. The Supervisor excels in creating high-value data products that facilitate decision-making and monitoring of business processes across the organization. The Supervisor also provide solution design guidance to the MicroStrategy Developer team, ensuring delivery of best solution for the challenges at hand while striving to build consulting and coaching competencies in all team members.
This position is full-time remote. The selected candidate must reside in North Carolina and be willing to travel to the home office (Morrisville, NC) for onsite meetings as needed.

Supervise and Develop Employees and projects assigned to them
Manage Training and Engagement
Requirements Gathering and Data Analysis
Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and business requirements
Translate requirements into technical specifications that will be used to develop the required reports and/or dashboards
Develop, Support, and Document Reports and Dashboards
Design and develop data products that meet data and business requirements using MicroStrategy
Utilize available visualization tools and skills to develop, detect and promote understanding of data patterns, trends, and correlations to support decision-making processes
Participate in developing and understanding data models and provide design consultation and testing to support corporate business initiatives
Provide end user support on developed data products as required
Provide technical assistance, collaborate with and exercise cross training opportunities with other team members
Develop technical and end-user documentation related to Business Intelligence analysis projects
Test and review data products to ensure that requirements are met and that they are developed in line with our development standards and best practices
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in a Computer Science or related field and six (6) years of post-degree experience working in a Business Intelligence role designing, developing, and/or supporting reports and/or dashboards, preferably in a healthcare setting and in a supervisory role.

Salary Range
$102,424.00 - $130,591.00/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
