Work Schedule :

100% FTE, Days. Scheduled shift would be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. You will work at the Administrative Services Building, 301 S. Westfield Rd., Madison

We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:

• Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.
• Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.
• Coordinate with IS Project Managers and Operational Stakeholders on projects of varying sizes
• Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications.

Minimum - Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

Preferred: Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

Work Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.

License and Certifications:

Minimum - None

Preferred -

• Experience in healthcare organization.
• Experience providing computer hardware, software and application support for end users.
