Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Claims Auto Physical Damage Fast Track Supervisor that will support our APD team. This role will sit onsite with a hybrid approach 3 days a week in one of the following locations: Tampa, FL; Lisle, IL; or Duluth, GA.  The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill set. 

Summary Statement

Supervises a team within the Auto Physical Damage Fast Track unit including directing and monitoring claims production workflow, auditing and tracking results. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, and execution of the service model. Provides technical direction and management on claims assigned within the team.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties


  • Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Conduct and utilize audit process to accurately assess employee performance and adherence to the Amerisure service model and auto fast track guidelines.

  • Provide technical guidance to ensure proper investigation of losses, identification of coverage, and damages.

  • Ensure proper reserves are established and maintained to accurately reflect financial exposure.

  • Provide guidance to team by ensuring critical issues have been identified and confirming action steps are completed.

  • Recommends process improvements to increase team effectiveness and efficiencies for implementation.

  • Establish work priorities, schedule, and distribute work, monitor compliance with service standards and track team metrics.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 years commercial claims adjusting experience.

  • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required.

  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrates successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department and across the organization.

  • Demonstrates successful ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.
