Imperative Chemical Partners has an immediate opening for an Acid Equipment Operator with a Class A CDL in Midland, TX. If you are interested in joining a growing company with a proven track record of success, this is your opportunity!

SUMMARY:

The Acid Equipment Operator is responsible for pumping and operating equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist crew with iron/hose to rig up/rig down as directed by Treater


• Be able to troubleshoot operational issues, determine if the issue is mechanical or process based, and notify the appropriate personnel for assistance


• Safely handle solvents acids or other hazardous or potentially hazardous chemicals


• Report all spills, leaks, injuries, mischarges, and other incidents immediately to the supervisor and/or manager


• Attend training as specified by supervisor, including all safety training


• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policy


• Assist in picking up garbage on location


• Other duties may be assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

• High school diploma or GED


• Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements


• Physically able to lift 5-60 pounds, climb stairs or a ladder, and agile enough to squat and bend


• Team player with ability to perform physical job duties

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

• 1 or more years' experience in acid stimulation


• Able to proficiently operate acid pump and auxiliary equipment
