Job Summary

The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting key online initiatives for a growing business at Oldcastle APG. Reporting to the Channel Partner Manager, this position will be involved in supporting the development, implementation and execution of product page content, site navigation, customer experience, promotions, order processing, and strategic partner support.

Responsibilities

Internal eCommerce Support 50%


  • Train and support internal team members on products and procedures
    • Communicate across functions when timing and/or strategy shifts occur


  • Create online solution for display program administration and manage documentation, rebates, and credits

  • Create and maintain accurate product listings, including copywriting, photography, and pricing
    • Assist in managing inventory levels to maintain accurate lead times


  • Work with customer service to process customer orders/returns in a timely and efficient manner and vendors to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards

  • Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance
    • Analyze website data to identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions


  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics and KPIs for all eCommerce platforms

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to drive traffic and sales

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

Strategic Partners eCommerce Support 50%

Manage and support the eCommerce needs of our strategic accounts by:


  • Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listings

  • Work with sales channels to ensure the products are accurately described, categorized, and prices

  • Manage customer service associates and provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Work closely with the product and marketing team to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through our customer's eCommerce platforms

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years experience in ecommerce or digital marketing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and how they work

  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to use data to make decisions

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
