Utilities Supervisor at Conagra Brands in Russellville, Arkansas

Job Description:

We are looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant on 1st shift. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will oversee the Utilities department. You will assure proper operation of all Utilities System & Equipment and in assuring that all PSM, RMP, and Loss Prevention procedures are followed.

You Will:

• You will assure that Conagra's PSM Program guidelines are followed.




• You will assure that Loss Prevention Program guidelines are followed.




• You will assure that Refrigeration Sys. Is functional and operating at minimal cost.




• You will assure that Plant Air System is functional and operating at minimal cost.




• You will assure that Plant Steam System is functional and operating at minimal cost.




• You will assure that Plant Water System is operational.




• You will follow USDA, HACCP and Food Safety Procedures




• You will follow Employee Safety and Environmental Procedures




• You will initiate FSMOC's and assure all precautions are followed to ensure food safety.




• You will conduct safety meetings to ensure company safety and environmental policies are followed.




• You will assign work orders and monitor employee's progress.




• You will request materials when needed to complete work orders.




• You will manage operational maintenance budget for responsible departments.

You Have:

• You have High School diploma or GED.




• You have Minimum 5 years Industrial Utilities maintenance experience.




• You have an Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Operator 1 Certificate.




• You have comprehensive knowledge of GMP, PSM, RMP, Loss Prevention policies and Global Business practices.




• You have knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, boilers and steam distribution, compressed air systems, and plant water system.
