Hemet Hills Post Acute is a newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in Hemet, CA! With 178 beds, servicing both short- and long-term patients; we are looking for the best nurses and staff to join our team. CNA Job Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities
- Document care provided
- Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
- Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately
- Interact and support other staff within the facility
Required Qualifications:
- CNA certificate
