The Hilton Orlando , a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlando's International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway is seeking afull-timeSeamstress to join their events team! A minimum of two (2) years sewing/alterations experience is required.

Shift Pattern:Open Availability to work weekends and Holidays. Hours are typically 10am-6:30pm

Pay Rate:$17 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Seamstress/Seamster, you would be responsible for coordinating the fitting, ordering, issuing, altering, cleaning and repair/replacement of uniforms and linens with the Laundry department to maintain established standards of cleanliness and quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Accurately measureand alter team member uniforms
• Visually inspectand repairvarious linens
• Coordinatecleaning of uniforms and other hotel items with the Laundry department to ensuretimely laundering of items
• Assistin determining the size, selection, and placing of orders
• Arrange dry cleaning and laundry processing
• Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and other similar services to hotel guests
• Maintain order of uniform room
