Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• FIS applications support including, but not limited: CIS, Deposit, Teller Insight, Deposit Origination, Safe Deposit Box. Assist users in "How To's" and problem resolution.  Inquiries and requests occur via telephone calls and email.


• Other software support which may include Windows and Microsoft Office applications.


• Certain FIS security functions and network security functions such as unlocking and/or resetting passwords. Reset of passwords for ancillary applications also; including, but not limited to, PASSAR and eWire.  


• Reconciliation account clearing which includes assisting users in clearing erroneous items from various control accounts.


• Development and maintenance of applicable polices and procedures. May also coordinate the distribution of updates to the company intranet.


• Conversion/Mergers including test report review and user support as needed.


• Assistance with special projects as required.


• Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.


• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• Two years of college or the equivalent in advanced education.


• Minimum two years of Banking experience.


• Extensive knowledge of computer applications.


• Exceptional communication and listening skills and patience.


• Proficient analytical ability.  


• Knowledge of bank products.


• Knowledge of core system and related ancillary systems.


• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.


• Refers questionable matters to management.


• Valid driver's license.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Works in a production oriented atmosphere.


• Some travel may be required for training and bank mergers.
