We are searching for an experienced Business Automation Intern. South Bend, Indiana
Essential Function
Assist Business Transformation team members on maintenance and support of robotic process automations including migration of data, updating documentation, and process analysis.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
Assist team members to support systems and processes ensuring the timely and effective closure of support incidents and problems.
Assist in updating existing processes to latest versions of packages and methods.
Assist with migrating data and settings from on-premises solutions to cloud solutions.
Perform assigned tasks to ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Update formal documentation of procedures, processes, and systems using a concise and consistent approach.
Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.
Specific Skills
Understanding of basic programming concepts
Process engineering, process analysis skills, preferred
SQL data skills, preferred
General Excel skills including use of macros, preferred.
Good logical aptitude and general interpersonal skills
General data entry and mathematical skills
Ability to accept direction.
Lifting to 50 lbs.
Accountability
Accountable for Performance Management Goals as agreed upon with Supervisor.
Responsible for completion of all work assigned within predetermined deadlines.
Accountable for protection of security and confidentiality of all systems maintained.
Minimum Requirement
High School diploma (GED)
Currently attending a college or university and have taken the intermediate level courses typically in computer science, MIS, Information Technology or equivalent preferred
