The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking for their nextPool Attendant (Cabana Butler).

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort offers a direct access tot he beach and the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk and features two ocean-view outdoor pools, poolside cabanas and a private beach.

Shift Pattern: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts throughout the week

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Pool Attendant (Cabana Butler), you would be responsible for providing food and beverage service to and for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the cabanas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards


  • Greet and escort guests to their cabanas and attend to their cabana-related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc.
  • Provide food and beverage service to cabana guests including, but not limited to, knowing the menu, promoting specials, taking food and/or beverage orders, inputting orders in appropriate point-of-sale systems, retrieving and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal and cabana service and preparing and delivering special amenities (fruit, scented face cloths, etc.) and services (frozen treats, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the cabanas including, but not limited to, ensuring fully-stocked cabana amenities, cleaning ashtrays, furniture, tables and decks, conducting periodic deep cleaning
  • Monitor use of the cabanas and equipment and address and/or report potential hazards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform additional duties, as requested
