Arcadis is seeking a Board Of Trustees (BOT) Communications Director to join our Places Infrastructure team in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Role description:

As the BOT Communications Director you will be responsible for communications between the PMO office and the board of trustees. You will establish relationships and develop strategic plans. As a BOT Communications Director you will not only manage a team to provide timely responses but also oversee organizational strategy.

Role accountabilities:

• Manages and conducts quality checks all written communications between the Program Management Office and the Board of Trustees.
• Schedules briefings, reports and submittals of studies.
• Responds to requests for information.
• Maintains an historical database of all communications and meeting minutes.
• Develop cohesive communications strategy.
• Prepare and manage all communications material.

• very strong writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skill
• Strong knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies.

• BA in Business Administration, Political Science or similar.
• 8 years' experience working in a liaison/clerical support role, legal background strongly desired.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $133,000 - $200,000.
