Position Summary:
As a Banquet Server at our prestigious private country club, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning members and guests. Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll be at the forefront of our service team, ensuring flawless execution of banquets, events, and special occasions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable service standards, embodying the club's commitment to excellence in every interaction with guests. Anticipate and fulfill members' needs promptly and courteously.


• Event Execution: Execute banquet events with precision, adhering to established service protocols and timelines. Collaborate closely with the banquet captain and team members to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.


• Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in setup, presentation, and service execution, ensuring that each event reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.


• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, chefs, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations and foster a positive, supportive work environment.


• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing guest needs, event dynamics, and operational priorities. Stay composed under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times.


• Closes stations


• Takes direction from Captains and Management.


• Checks out with Captain or Management before leaving.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
 

• High School Graduated or equivalent preferred.  Prior experience in similar setting preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation:
