Good Chemistry proudly grows, breeds and sells premium, small-batch cannabis. Pay Rate: $18-$20 hourly commensurate with experience

Expected timeframe to fill position: 4/30/2024

Job Summary: The Wholesale Delivery Driver and Coordinator (WDDC) is directly responsible for extending the Good Chemistry customer experience from our retail locations to our vendors. They are responsible for accurately assembling delivery orders and completing deliveries within a specific window. All drivers must be comfortable on the road and responsibly handling a company vehicle. Because of the regulated nature of our products, drivers must have an eye for detail and follow delivery procedures thoroughly to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to all vendorsFollow state regulations and guidance while in company vehicleBuild rapport with vendors to ensure they continue to order from Good ChemistryMust be on time and prepared for all scheduled shiftsAccurately pack orders and create METRC manifests for scheduled deliveriesCompile certificates of analysis (COAs) for ordersCheck and confirm accuracy for orders across METRC manifest, invoice, and physical countsUpload products on wholesale menuCreate invoices and maintain vendor paperworkRepresent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand at pop-ups and other industry eventsMaintain current and training modules and update as neededFollow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and order accuracyEducate patients and customers on Good Chemistrys message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of medicine, serving size, and toleranceComplete daily checklists, opening and closing duties and maintain clean appearance of delivery vehiclesPossess accurate knowledge of product price pointsGuide customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menusMaintain a clean driving recordOther duties as assigned

Job Requirements (Education and Experience)
Must be over the age of 21Must be able to pass CORI background checkExperience with customer service or inventory management is requiredNo more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 yearsNo major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 yearsPrevious delivery and or logistics experience a plusExperience with METRC a plus
