Our innovative & globally lead company is seeking a self-driven Key Account Manager that can work remotely in the US to support our Sales Director and our clients. In this EXCITING role, you will be responsible for maintaining productive customer relationships by coordinating all support aspects of services rendered such as pricing, problem solving, technical inquiries and reporting. The KAM will be expected to keep abreast of new developments in the industry to ensure the company and the customers are aligned to new technical and commercial developments.

Your contribution is crucial and we will invest in your abilities as you will work to grow a mix of existing accounts as well as to develop new accounts and opportunities through building and sustaining positive relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers, and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop pricing and account strategies to maintain and grow revenue and profitability for Dura-Line.

Communication and teamwork are vital to this role! You will need to interact and communicate effectively with customers, team members and internal resources to resolve matters in a timely and satisfactory manner. Provides status reports and performance reports to measure customer progress and satisfaction. As well, maintain complete understanding of the customer organization, needs and expectations and proactively identifies problems and swiftly implements the appropriate solution.

What else are we looking for?


  • At least 2-3+ years of account/program management experience in datacom and telecommunications markets.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Domestic travel up to 40%.
  • Experience in managing B2B customers and understanding their unique needs.
  • Able to interpret technical information and translate into common terminology.
  • Able to prioritize, delegate tasks to appropriate staff, and perform required follow up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
