JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Resiliency Team fosters, encourages, and tracks maturation of our overall risk-based resiliency approach to agreed levels, defines the organizational resiliency focus as second line of defense to enable a consultative and independent approach to addressing the company's resiliency needs, and fosters coordination and collaboration between key stakeholders in the overall resiliency framework. We do this to prepare Chubb to face the dynamic and unpredictable forces stressing and stretching businesses including accelerated digitization, increased cyber threats, interconnectedness of the global economy, and heightened infectious disease and environmental risks.
As our Resilience Business Analyst, you will directly support the Resiliency team as it implements firmwide resiliency efforts. Leveraging your organizational and analytical skills, detail orientation, and creative problem solving skills, you will lead small projects and recurring needs within the team. You will act as a collaborative partner within our team and to our various global partners to assist in the development of solutions that can be leveraged at a firmwide level.
