We are seeking a Senior Snowflake AI/ML Solution Leaderto join the Global Snowflake team. This leader will help evangelize and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions powered by Snowflake for our most important customers working with and across market teams. It is important for this individual to leverage deep, hands-on expertise with the latest Snowflake technologies (including ML, GenAI, LLMs, or NLP) to build solutions and applications. This leader's passion for learning, enabling, and applying Snowflake AI capabilities to solve business use cases will drive impact for Slalom markets and customers. Our team is globally distributed, and the role may include 30-50% travel to customers and markets.



What You'll Do


  • Provide presales Snowflake technical leadership to customers by understanding their business challenges and architecting Data and AI/ML solutions powered by Snowflake to address them.

  • Leverage expertise in Snowflake's Data Cloud and Machine Learning, and the latest advancements like Generative AI to build POCs and prototypes that demonstrate value to prospective clients.

  • Learn and leverage the latest Snowflake AI and ML private and public release features in our Snowflake Innovation Lab to collaborate on creating leading edge demos, PoC's, and advanced industry solutions

  • Design, build, and present Snowflake powered AI/ML industry solutions, systems, and applications to address customer needs.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Snowflake's platform and all the rapidly evolving Data, AI/ML, and Native Apps capabilities (incl.Cortex, SnowPark Container Services, SnowPark ML features, Streamlit, internal/external LLM integration), and identify opportunities to incorporate them into customer solutions.

  • Develop technical presentations and conduct workshops and hackathons to educate clients on Snowflake's AI/ML capabilities and best practices.

  • Work closely with account teams, solution architects, and engagement managers to drive technical sales cycles and translate complex Snowflake powered Data Cloud and GenAI/ML solutions into business impact.

  • Support the creation of Snowflake pricing, GTM, partnerships, and org strategy to accelerate Snowflake and AI/ML adoption across the customer base.

  • Contribute to growing the global Snowflake community within Slalom through coaching, mentoring and publishing thought leadership content.


What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of Snowflake experience in presales/Sales Engineering and/or consulting roles architecting, building, and demonstrating Snowflake solutions.

  • Experience with Generative AI models, patterns, reference architectures and GenAI demos and PoC's.

  • Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks like Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow Apache Spark

  • Knowledge of Snowflake DataOps and MLOps best practices around model training, evaluation, deployment, and governance.

  • Experience working with ML engineers, data scientists and MLOps engineers.

  • Experience integrating Snowflake solutions with the major cloud platforms and leveraging their pre-built capabilities.

  • Ability to identify and articulate the business value of AI/ML powered by Snowflake to stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to influence technical sales cycles with business decision-makers.

  • Passion for Snowflake and AI/ML and ability to stay updated on latest advancements through conferences, publications, cohorts etc.

  • Experience in consulting, sales engineering, and/or customer success.

  • Comfortable in evangelizing and marketing Snowflake ML/AI practices with internal teams, partners, and customers alike.
