With minimal supervision of a manager, the Reporting Analyst ensures that the client receives valuable insights into their returns data and the reclamation processing program. The incumbent serves as an analytical resource and subject matter expert for the assigned client’s data, the reclamation process and potential improvements thereto, and problem/issue resolution.
The Reporting Analyst manages incoming client master file data, validates receipt, processes transactions scans against master file data and business rules, creates reports and other deliverables, verifies information accuracy and uses established, secure technology connections to send information to the client.
This position is hybrid for candidates who live within 35 miles of Inmar’s corporate headquarters in Winston-Salem - up to 3 days a week in office. Remote candidates outside of the 35-mile radius will also be considered.
Primary Accountabilities:
Process on cycle scanning activity, invoice activity and any contractually agreed upon client service
Research data issues related to scanning, daily/weekly/monthly period closes, imports/exports, deliverables, enhancements, project-related events and global/benchmarking analytics
Identify trends in client data to find issues and root causes
Perform report creation for internal and external clients
Work collaboratively with Technology Services to solve issues, discuss IT trends, where applicable, and assist in setting priorities as they relate to the client
Interface with other departments to identify and troubleshoot client problems
Serve as analytical resource on new client implementations and projects
Provide guidance to assigned client base on potential financial risks associated with recalled and or hazardous product
Administer and recommend changes for various processes to ensure escalation of operational efficiencies
Work cross functionally within Inmar to ensure accuracy of client billing
Coordinate with the account team to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2-3 years of related work experience involving business account services (preferably in retail/manufacturer supply chain, transactional/data processing environments, B2B outsourcing providers, grocery/wholesale or reverse logistics) with at least 1 year doing analytical work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience necessary to complete the responsibilities of the position
Intermediate level skill in MS Office Suite to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Access, SQL
Salesforce
AS400 experience, a plus
IT technical or financial background, a plus
Ability to process accounts, document results and utilize delivery technologies
