Food Scientist

Global manufacturer of unique food ingredients seeks Food Scientist.  Advanced degree in Food Science to perform lab functions in the creation of new products and processes.  Enzyme modification experience a plus. 

The R&D Food Scientist works under the guidance of the R&D Manager on R&D projects, including developing new products and testing methods, process optimization, cost savings, regulation/documentation, etc.
