Position Summary: To promote patients health through compassionate patient care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. To support the Nursing Department of the client-facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing SNF's, as well as the policies & procedures under the direction of the departmental heads to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. CNA Job Duties: Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities Document care provided Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out. Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately Interact and support other staff within the facility Qualifications: CNA License in the state of AZ Job Type: Full-time, Part Time, Weekends-NOC/Night shift needed, 6pm-6am
