View Point Healths the N.E.S.T. Mental Health Clubhouse located in Norcross, Georgia. Telehealth services provided. The N.E.S.T. provides a nurturing and safe space for youth, grades K-12, and families within a diverse and culturally competent environment to promote positive mental health. Support youth to build on their talents and develop resilience through developing leadership skills, fostering relationships and increasing family community involvement.

We are looking for aBehavioral Health Clinician (C&A)to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centered care and to assist with implementing our clubhouse programming based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Expressive Arts, and/or Play Therapy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Behavioral Health Clinician providescounseling/therapy to client members on caseload requiring complex intervention.Completes biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, monitoring and discharge planning, writes SMART treatment plans, CANS and Risk assessments, safety plans, and completes verified diagnoses.Provides crisis intervention services as needed including assisting or facilitating emergency 1013 hospitalizations.Provides individual, family, or group therapeutic counseling and/or educational and skill development sessions as indicated in the service plan.Monitors client members progress and compliance with the service planWrites timely progress notes that relate directly to the treatment outcomes described in the service plan.Assembles, analyzes, and interprets new/updated assessment information about the client member in order to assess treatment needs.Identifies unmet needs, reviews available resources, and develops/modifies the treatment plan as indicated.Requests treatment authorizations and re-authorizations within required time framesProvides and bills for services; Billing targets are required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND eligibility to be licensed.MUST have a Georgia License or Associate as LCSW, LMSW or LPC, APCBilingual (Spanish-English)

Preferred Qualifications:
MUST have a Georgia License or Associate as LCSW, LMSW or LPC, APCBilingual (Spanish-English)Offer flexible hours, to include some evenings and weekends, as needed.At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents. License, Experience and/or knowledge of DBT and/or Play Therapy preferred.Knowledge of Interventions, Diagnosing, and writing Treatment Plans preferred.Experience in trauma-informed care, or trauma related interventions and skillsCandidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.Demonstrates sensitivity and expertise in diverse cultural and linguistic needs.Demonstrates commitment to the agencys mission, vision, and values.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Competencies:
Masters Degree in counseling or related fieldFully or Associate licensed clinician LPC, APC or LCSW, LMSW in the state of GeorgiaAt least one year of clinical experience with children and adolescentsMust have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license.Adheres to hours of continuing education annually; These can be achieved through internal (in-service) or external training; Provider is responsible for maintaining such hours for license/certification and for submitting documentation of them to Human Resources monthly. Other duties as assigned.
