Description: The Judge Group is partnering with a manufacturing client in the Milwaukee area looking for an HR Generalist for their team. This opportunity would excelerate your HR career path giving exposure to multiple facets of the HR department including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and training.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide HR Support to all departments within the plant


• Manage the recruiting efforts of the plant from start to finish, having regular check-in meetings with the department managers on their needs


• Collaborate with HR team on efforts relating to benefits and open enrollment for all employeesy


• Manage the payroll system ensuring employees are paid correctly and communicating with the system support team on any issues and concerns.


• Be the subject matter expert for all employees on all HR questions and be an "open door" for all employees


• Constantly look for ways to provide culture-boosting initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree


• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment
