Judge Healthcare is looking for various RN Case Manager candidates to join one of our top clients in and around the Boston area. The role entails visiting patients' homes to develop a plan of care, manage medications, and oversee prescribed treatments as ordered by the physician. When nurses are not conducting visits, they have the ability to input patient information from the comfort of their own home!

What You'll Need
This is a full time and permanent opportunity. Offering competitive salary, benefits, and PTO for the qualified candidate selected.
- Active RN license in the state of MA
- Valid drivers license and automobile
- At least 6 months of experience as an RN
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 & proof
