HVAC Technician responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Properly complete all necessary written and electronic records for each job
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA.

Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
What qualifications will make you successful?
EPA 608 Universal License
Accredited HVAC Technical School Certification
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
