The position drives Sustainable Transformation for Global Supply Chain to support Schneider Electric's Sustainability Goals
What will you do?
Implement and deploy the Global Supply Chain sustainability strategy and programs in collaboration with Regional teams, Corporate and other Business Units
Conduct research and analysis on climate decarbonization, resource efficiency and environment topics resource to provide technical support for corporate sustainable development
Establish cooperation channels with various external organizations including governments, industry associations, universities, research institutions and other parties to promote the popularization and application of sustainable development concepts and technology.
Understand how legislation and compliance such as CSRD impacts the Sustainability Strategy and what can be done to anticipate the risk and opportunities
Decarbonization - Scope 1 and Scope 2
Drive Global Supply Chain decarbonization transformations, including Zero CO2 sites, energy efficiency, renewable energy, net zero commitment through collaborating with regional and corporate team
Develop global guidance and handbooks on decarbonization for deployment
Digitization
Collaborate with other internal partner stakeholders within SE focusing on technology innovation effectively
Green Materials
Collaborate with Procurement and advocate the deployment of green material and sustainable packaging strategy

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
+10 years in Graduate / Business or Engineering School or MBA
5-10 years in Industry and/or consulting industry, with concrete transformation experiences
Solid project exprience and/or qualifications in sustainable development such as sustainable supply chain or decarbonization
Understanding of sustainable supply chain trends, standards & guidelines and key assessment systems and tools
Experience in other Central or Regional Corporate Functions driving informal teams is a plus
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
