Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Campaign Manager to spearhead the planning, development, and execution of Schneider Electric's Impact Maker brand campaign. As the Brand Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in unleashing the possibilities of this campaign through innovative marketing strategies, with the ultimate goal of positioning Schneider Electric as a Tier 1 B2B brand with the c-suite. This role is perfect for someone who needs to feel both a creative and operational brain, a person who likes to oversee the full lifecycle of creation and execution and whose storytelling skills are top notch.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the Impact Maker brand campaign, driving creative and impactful marketing approaches.

  • Develop innovative, fresh and diverse strategies to bring the Impact Maker campaign to life across all areas of our customer journey including traditional efforts around media campaigns (print and digital), events (3 rd party, proprietary, etc), social media, web, etc. and out of the box amplification ideas to be developed.

  • Oversee all aspects of content creation as the brand campaign expert, understanding and ensuring the inclusion of the core elements of our campaign at all times while pushing the boundaries of our application across all mediums.

  • Serve as the Impact Maker expert and critical decision maker during content creation processes with both internal and external agencies, driving for innovation and imagination throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize the impact of the campaign ensuring that we are both meeting our traditional KPIs while also retaining the right amount of resources to test, learn and grow in our exploration of Impact Maker applications.

  • Serve as the performance storyteller of the brand campaign, reporting of the progress of and results of the campaign through a constantly updated and frequently shared campaign reporting model to be defined by the role, inclusive of both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign progress and success, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy, with a strong track record of creating engaging brand experiences and building brand loyalty.

  • Specific experience targeting the c-suite through marketing, with a clear understanding of the differentiated nature of this audience and the tactics needed to connect with them effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact.

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to brand campaign management.

  • Incredibly strong storytelling, communication and reporting skills to report on campaign activation and performance. Strong Power Point skills are a must.

  • Proficiency in campaign creation, budget management, competitive analysis, and performance measurement of campaigns and content.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy, preferably in a global context.

  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to optimize campaign performance.
