Job Summary:


The Claims Specialist is expected to work independently and will be responsible for effectively researching, validating, and resolving customer claims from inception to completion.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Transactional (35%)


Analytical (25%)


Support (40%)


Required Skills:


* Highly motivated, driven individual


* Ability to effectively multitask and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment


* Strong negotiation skills required to influence customers to issue payments for invalid claims.


* Accomplished user of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)


* SAP system experience highly desired
