Job Description:

The Housing Case Manager is responsible for assessing housing needs, strengths, and barriers.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Desire to work with individuals within underserved populations



Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00a-4:00p OR 9:00a-5:00p EST



Pay Rate: Up to $23.00 per hour



Additional Intel: 30-Units Apt. Willing to meet with clients through community outreach.
