Job Description:

We are working with one of our clients who is seeking a detail-orientated and experienced High Volume Payroll Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in processing high volume of payroll accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.


Responsibilities Include:

• Processing high volume of payroll (1,000+)


• Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately according to company policies and regulations.


• Review time-cards, time-sheets, and other payroll documentation for accuracy and completeness


• Maintain payroll records and files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Multistate Payroll


• Processed 1000+ employees


• Large payroll software experience
