Summary: Perform all shipping, functions related to Tour, Custom Shop, Galleries, Partners and Putter Studio operations.


Responsibilities:



  • Ship custom shop putter orders worldwide using FedEx Ship Manager. Shipping responsibilities include a final review for accuracy of the custom shop work order. This review includes verifying that accessories ordered/sent in are included/returned in the shipment. When shipping International, must be able to provide export documentation which includes commercial invoice and if necessary EEI (electronic export information). Retain export documentation according to records retention for 3 years.

  • Accurately ship time sensitive Scotty Cameron products to the various Tours worldwide and to the Scotty Cameron Galleries and Partners.

  • Notify supervisor when inventory levels are low on Custom Shop Headcovers and Accessories.

  • Prepare packing lists for vendors, match-up work orders and prepare heads for shipping and/or vendor pick up.


Requirements:



  • HS Diploma or equivalent.

  • One year of shipping experience preferred. Able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand long periods of time.

  • Basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities. MS Word and Excel a plus.
