Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities for residents
- Provide support and guidance to residents in completing activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Coordinate and manage the activity schedule for residents
- Collaborate with the social work team to address aging issues and provide counseling as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with elderly individuals preferred
- Knowledge of aging issues and familiarity with ADLs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
