We provide compassionate and personal skilled care 24 hours a day. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence.

We are currently looking for PRN Registered Dietician to join our team!

What to expect:

Complete nutritional initial, quarterly, annual and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines. Assist in coordination of nutrition care services with Dietary Supervisor. Complete nutritional reviews monthly on high risk residents (significant weight loss/gain, pressure ulcer, hemodialysis, and tube fed). Assists with the overall supervision and management of the dietary staff.

Successful candidates will have the following:

Registered Dietitian or completion of approved Bachelor Degree with major studies in Food and Nutrition and eligible for the RD Exam. Preferable one-year experience in a clinical health care setting or completion of an accredited internship.

Salary: $32.90-$34.00
