Senior Tax Analyst at PACS in Farmington, Utah

Job Description:

Involvement with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions.

Involvement with Federal corporate income tax returns and state and local income tax returns to assure compliance with Federal and state tax laws and regulations.

Coordinate with third party advisors for tax compliance and other tax projects.

Aid in tax planning, special studies, and other strategic initiatives, as assigned.

Assist with Federal, state, and local tax audits and respond to requests from tax authorities.

Cooperate with other tax department members and support functions to ensure compliance and minimize risk while managing cash flow.

Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or Finance required, master's degree with a tax emphasis is preferred.

CPA certification or CPA candidate preferred.

2 - 3 years business tax experience and/or internship experience is required.

Strong Excel experience and skills required.

Experience using technology to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and take a new perspective on existing solutions is preferred.

Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility to contribute, own projects, and ability to multi-task and work under various deadlines.

Strong communication/interpersonal skills required to function as part of a team with the ability to also work independently with limited supervision. Acute attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.

Salary range $85,000 - $95,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Full-time position

Hybrid in office with flexibility to work remote.
