Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized nursing care to residents.


• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.


• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.


• Monitor and assess resident health, documenting changes and reporting to the appropriate parties.


• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.


• Uphold the facility's commitment to resident dignity, privacy, and independence.

Qualifications:

• Valid California LVN license.


• CPR certification.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
