Intern - Transportation Quality

Patrick Engineering, a RINA company, is seeking an intern to work on a PMO project supporting our Infrastructure+ Mobility Team.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Project Managers in coordinating and executing daily roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in preparing written documents, such as monthly reports, due diligence reports, meeting minutes, and other internal and external correspondence.
  • Develop and update spreadsheets and databases to manage budgets, cost estimates, and other financial information.
  • Develop and update project documents such as schedules, open items, etc.
  • Attend project meetings with the team as needed, including client, design, construction, and other various meetings.
  • Attend periodic project construction site visits to help monitor and document progress.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Professional Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a university
  • Ability to lead and adapt to a demanding, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work with a collaborative approach to achieve results.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Additional Requirements

  • Travel to client sites may be required based upon business need.
